We are passionate about supporting the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme, and we’d love for you to get involved. Volunteering at the library is a fantastic way to gain new skills, meet new people, and give back—all while having a great time in a friendly, relaxed environment.
What’s Involved? We offer volunteer opportunities for DofE participants on Saturday mornings, twice a month, for two hours. During your time with us, you’ll be helping with a variety of tasks, from shelving books and assisting with events to supporting younger visitors with their reading and finding materials. Every day is different, and there’s always something interesting to do!
